We are very proud to have Okazaki Manufacturing Company as our partner for mineral insulated thermocouple, RTD and heater cable. Okazaki has experience in producing MI cable since 1954 and has been fine-tuning and perfecting the process ever since. Okazaki works closely with Isabellenhütte, and other renown Japanese companies to guarantee the outcome of class 1 and better for its MI cables. The mineral insulated cable that Okazaki produces is sold by Kamet under the trademark AerOpak®.

AEROPAK®Mineral Insulated Thermocouple

AEROPAK is a trademark of our metal sheathed thermocouples. AEROPAK, a sheathed thermocouple, is a thin tube (sheath) made of stainless steel or heat-resistant steel, thermocouple wires enclosed within the tube and inorganic insulator (MgO) firmly packed around the wires. We manufacture various products based on this structure according to purposes of use. In comparison to general protection tube type thermocouples, sheathed thermocouples have many excellent features.

RTD

RESIOPAK®Mineral Insulated Resistance Thermometer Sensor

RESIOPAK is a trademark of our metal sheathed resistance thermometer sensor and consists of a stainless steel thin tube (sheath), a conducting wire, the element of the resistance thermometer sensor inside the tube, and an inorganic insulator (MgO) firmly packed and insulated around them. We can manufacture sensors in variations based on this structure according to the purposes of use. RESIOPAK has many excellent features in comparison to the general type (protection tube type) of the resistance thermometer sensors.

Thermowell

Protection Tubes for Temperature Sensors

Protection tubes for temperature sensors are used to protect temperature sensors from high-pressure, corrosion, high temperature, and other environments in various processes in various plants. Normally, the type called THERMOWELL can be attached to a piping line and others independently from temperature sensors. Electric Heaters

Micro Heaters

Economical heaters with high reliability, which can supply heat with very quick response. The heat generating part can be bent, wounded in a coil shape, or soldered with silver alloy or cast into a metal block.

Sheathed Heater

Economical sheathed heaters with high reliability, which can supply heat of high temperature, which is unavailable with conventional heaters with very quick response. The metal sheathed part can be bent, welded, soldered with silver alloy, or cast into a metal block.
